Dogpatch Power Station

Hazelwood Green

Padres East Village Quarter

Located next to the Padres Ballpark, the San Diego Convention Center, steps to the waterfront, and accessed with a brand new light rail line — this office and retail district will bring a vibrant daily life to the streets of Downtown San Diego. The plan transforms underutilized blocks into a walkable, fine-grain district with active streetscapes, diverse architecture, and a strong connection to the cultural energy of the East Village.
Middlefield Park Master Plan

Santa Cruz Residential Objective Design Standards

In 2020, state law SB 330 began to limit cities from using subjective standards to evaluate housing proposals, creating a need to revisit city-wide zoning. The Objective Design Standards focus on enabling feasible production of multifamily housing, while ensuring new buildings will reinforce the quality and character of Santa Cruz.
